So Battle Block Theater is my new favorite thing to do when I’m not playing Borderlands. It’s so addictive and hilarious and I love “accidentally” murdering Korie.

Halo 4

Oh by the way I finished Halo 4’s campaign and I wanted to cry. My arms got numb and I didn’t know what to do. I just kind of sat there exhausted, jaw dropped, and tear ducts filling.

Perfect game. Phenomenal. From start to finish, I was just glued to the television. I have been back and forth on saying that it’s the best Halo game to date but, it’s hard to beat the original. It is, however, easily the best sequel in the franchise.

The multiplayer is also absolutely perfect and I’m enjoying myself almost too much in it. I’ve already clocked around twenty hours in just the multiplayer alone. Yeah, you could say that I’ve been addicted but then you’d be wrong; I have been entirely absorbed.

Spartan Ops is good, not great, but it’s a good replacement of firefight. I’m looking forward to the new episodes as we already completed this weeks episode on legendary. The fact that it’s free makes it even more promising. It doesn’t serve as much of a challenge that I had figured it would but it’s good fun for you and a couple buds.

So anyway, I would highly recommend this game to anyone that owns an Xbox. And if you’re a fan of the series, you will LOVE this entry. 343 did a better job than I could have ever imagined them doing. Halo 4 could seriously be my favorite game in the franchise and it definitely has my favorite chapter of all time, “Composer”. I could play it over and over again. Congratulations, 343 Industries. You just made the game of the year.  This one is going to be hard to beat.

Well, since we’ve reached the 24 hour mark, I figured I would let you guys know.

Halo 4 will be in my hands at this time tomorrow. I apologize if I fangirl over it for the next few weeks, I’ll try my best to not make it too ridiculous. I can’t promise anything though.

Anyway, I just wanted to warn you guys of this and to please not unfollow me but if you don’t enjoy seeing me talk about video games, I understand. Put me on a hiatus, do whatever, but please come back. I won’t be this way for too long, I swear.

But seriously, THIS GAME WILL BE IN MY HOUSE THIS TIME TOMORROW NIGHT. I MIGHT SCREAM. I MIGHT CREAM. HELP ME PASS THE TIME. YELL THINGS AT ME IN MY ASK. TALK ABOUT THE WALKING DEAD. TELL ME YOUR PROBLEMS. DO SOMETHING, PLEASE. I CAN’T TAKE IT.

So seriously.

Are me, Tia, and Korie the only people that think adding the Playstation Move to Bioshock: Infinite is a terrible, idiotic idea? We also fear that they’ll try to incorporate Kinect into it as well, which would be disastrous. Just leave that shit alone, guys.  Sony filled Irrational’s pockets with cash so that they’d do this and “have the upperhand” over Microsoft, I’m sure of that. It just pisses me off. Leave my hardcore games out of this fucking motion control schtick. It doesn’t need it and neither do I.

E3 2011

So far I’ve been very let down by both Ubisoft and Sony. I haven’t seen the entire Microsoft conference yet, but I’ve seen the highlights that G4 did with the developers of Dead Island, MW3, Gears, and so on and it seemed pretty solid. I would like to point out that I went absolutely BONKERS when I saw the Halo 4 trailer because….it really caught me off guard. Also, I’d like to point out that I am TOTALLY hyped about the Halo: CE Anniversary being only forty bucks, having online multiplayer, AND firefight. That is just…so much good. So, with that being said, I haven’t even seen Microsoft’s conference yet and I already know I’m more pleased with what they showed. Oh, and I’ll go on and let you know what Nintendo is going to show:

  • Mario
  • Mario in a sports game
  • Mario in space
  • Some “new” Zelda game
  • Donkey Kong
  • Diddy Kong
  • Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong fucking
  • Not a new Smash Bros. game, because that would be cool
  • Epic Knitting Kirby

So yeah. E3 has been a major let down so far. Here’s to hoping that the next few days will make up for it.
